Help Me Grow

Help Me Grow provides services to children, birth to age three, and their families. Help Me Grow’s goal is to insure newborns, infants, and toddlers have the best possible start in life by providing support and empowering families to meet daily challenges. Help Me Grow makes sure children have a medical home and links families to community services and supports. They give information on growth and development and give specialized assistance to children with disabilities and their families. They provide parenting tips and help parents connect with other parents for support.
Home Visit Program
The home visit program gives your family information about health and how your child grows. You are eligible if you are a first time pregnant woman, a first time parent with a child less than 6 months of age, or have a child under 3 with one parent in active military duty.
