Blood Pressure Clinics...A Service of Your Fulton County Health Department

It's important to check your blood pressure from time to time to monitor your cardiovascular health. Your Health Department holds clinics in several communities every month, so feel free to stop in for a BP check with one of our nurses. There is no charge for this service! Clinics are as follows:

Archbold - 11:00 am on the third Thursday of each month - Fairlawn Haven Community Room, 415 E Lutz Road

Delta - 12:00 noon generally on the second Thursday of each month - Memorial Hall, corner of Wood and Main Streets

Fayette - 12:00 noon on the third Tuesday of each month - Fayette Opera House, 105 E Main Street

Swanton - 12:00 noon on the second Wednesday of each month - Trinity Methodist Church, 210 N Main Street

Wauseon - every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm - Fulton County Health Department, 606 S Shoop Avenue
