The Fulton County Board of Health conducts a state-mandated Manufactured Home Park Program under Section 3733 of the Ohio Revised Code. Rules are prescribed in Section 3701-27 of the Ohio Administrative Code. A "manufactured home park" is defined as any tract of land on which three or more manufactured homes used for habitation are parked. It does not include any tract of land used solely for the purpose of storing or displaying manufactured homes. Other Links:
